I saw Michael Dowd at TEDxGrandRapids and he made a lot of scene to me about why our brains work the way that they do.
This website is about Living in the “NOW” much of this site is based on “The Power of Now” the concepts of Eckhart Tolle. His work is profound yet simple teachings have helped countless people throughout the world find inner peace and greater fulfillment in their lives.
